Aman Kesarwani founded the firm in 2018 as an independent practicing Company Secretary in India, starting with routine ROC compliance for early clients.

As those clients raised capital, restructured, and expanded abroad, the practice grew alongside them — into transaction advisory, governance for listed entities, and eventually cross-border coordination for groups spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Today the firm advises new-age founders, AI-era companies, and global businesses entering India — with the same standard set on day one: every recommendation held to the letter of the law it rests on.
